Java Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Java Architect with a strong foundation in systems analysis, design thinking, and modern full stack development practices. You will lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end development of mission-critical platforms that integrate AI, analytics, and secure cloud infrastructures. This is a strategic role that bridges software engineering and systems engineering. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot), React/Angular, and REST APIs. Architect robust system solutions based on business needs, technical feasibility, and future scalability. Conduct thorough systems analysis, identifying system requirements, process flows, and data models. Own the entire SDLC from requirement gathering to deployment and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, AI, and DevOps to deliver high-performance solutions. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and system design documentation. Implement best practices in code quality, architecture patterns, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native design (Azure/AWS/GCP). Mentor junior developers and ensure technical excellence in the engineering team. Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and design sprints.

Required Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development including Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS/Angular). Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and design principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD). Proven experience in systems analysis and design for complex business applications. Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and agile development practices. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and recommend improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
