• 8-13 years of progressive experience as a technical lead, preferably within a high growth product tech

environment

• Minimum 8 years experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring MVC/Spring boot

Frameworks, Micro services.

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience UI frameworks like Angular/ React and NodeJS.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ORM like Hibernate/JPA.
• Minimum 8 years experience in SQL like Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.
• Extensive engineering experience utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services) like S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS
• Extensive engineering experience in Building and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
• Expertise in Agile software product delivery and SCRUM
• Expertise in CICD or automated workflow pipelines
• Experience in containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong delivery mind-set with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Strong debugging skills and experience addressing performance issues in large systems.
• Be a full stack developer in terms of "hands on" attitude and a driving force in the project.
• Mentorship of fellow developers to assist them in their professional development.
• Serves as a thought leader and to help the development team drive solutions through collaboration with

the other software development engineers, product managers, design, and other stakeholders in the team.
