We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Development (Java+ React.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and user-friendly enterprise applications. In this role, you will be responsible for full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on Java-based REST APIs and modern Angular front-end development. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
A full Stack Java Lead having below skills and knowledge:
- Very Good in Java full stack (especialized in Spring modules and Microservice based system design and implementation.)
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-performance standards and meeting organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
