The job involves being a part of a training team as a Senior Trainer or Junior Trainer in the domains of Data Science with NLP, Machine Learning, AI/ML, Java DSA, and Full Stack Java. The role is contractual for a duration of 4.5 months or 100 days, located on-site at Dulapally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500043. Compensation is as per industry standards and other benefits include food, travel, and accommodation provided by the client. As a Senior Trainer with 4-5 years of experience or a Junior Trainer, you will be responsible for leading classroom and practical training sessions. Your role will encompass content delivery, assessments, mentoring, and ensuring quality assurance. You will conduct instructor-led sessions and workshops from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday, deliver hands-on labs and coding demonstrations, resolve learner doubts, design and evaluate tests, enhance training materials, track learner progress, and maintain an engaging classroom environment. Qualifications for this role include a Masters (ME/MTech preferred) or Bachelors (BE/BTech) degree in relevant disciplines, along with 4-5 years of training or industry experience in Data Science, NLP, ML, AI, Java DSA, and Full Stack Java Development. Proficiency in relevant tools, platforms, and programming is required, as well as strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Experience in content creation and a willingness to work full-time onsite for the entire program duration are beneficial. The program is set to start on 9th June 2025, with a reporting date of 8th June 2025.
