Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot Implement robust and efficient multithreaded systems Integrate and utilize ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and its APIs for monitoring/logging Work with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Concourse CI, for automated deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of deliverables Required Skills & Qualifications: 710 years of hands-on experience with Java development and Spring Boot Strong expertise in Java Multithreading concepts and implementations Solid working knowledge of the ELK stack and its APIs Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Concourse Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in client interaction
