Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining APIs for Transporter/3PL integrations (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Aramex). Create and test JSON/XML payloads using tools like Postman, Swagger, or internal tools. Ensure transporter integrations send accurate notifications to Vinculum products (OMS, WMS, Control Tower) and third-party tools. Monitor integration health, debug failures, and provide initial fixes under guidance. Maintain clean, version-controlled documentation (API specs, sample payloads). Collaborate with QA, Product, and Support teams for smooth go-lives and issue resolution. Learn and apply security best practices (auth tokens, API rate limits, etc.). Requirements 1-2 years of hands-on coding experience (or strong fresher) in REST APIs, JSON, XML. Basic understanding of integration concepts and HTTP methods. Comfortable with tools like Postman, Git, Swagger, and debugging logs. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Exposure to logistics/eCommerce domain is a plus.
