Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in designing and building enterprise-level applications using modern Java frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, collaborate in agile teams, and ensure seamless integration across backend services and DevOps pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions. Work hands-on with Java , Spring Boot , and related technologies. Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs and message brokers like ActiveMQ or any equivalent. Apply best practices in code quality, DevOps, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps . Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and development methodologies. Provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed. Required Skills: Strong experience in Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot . Hands-on with SQL and database design. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs . Knowledge of message brokers like ActiveMQ or any equivalent. Proficiency with Azure DevOps , Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum teams. Good to Have: Prior experience working in European or Belgium time zone projects.
