Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
• Work hands-on with

  Java

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and related technologies.
• Integrate with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and message brokers like

  ActiveMQ

  or any equivalent.
• Apply best practices in code quality, DevOps, and CI/CD using

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and development methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in

  Java

  (Java 8+) and

  Spring Boot

  .
• Hands-on with

  SQL

  and database design.
• Experience with

  RESTful and SOAP APIs

  .
• Knowledge of

  message brokers

  like ActiveMQ or any equivalent.
• Proficiency with

  Azure DevOps

  , Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of

  Agile principles

  and experience working in Scrum teams.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working in European or Belgium time zone projects.
• Experience leading small to mid-size development teams.
