Role and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with database technologies and writing efficient SQL queries.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
