Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Web API

Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kochi

Experience: 6-12 years

Must Have:

Java 8 / Java 11 , Spring Boot, REST API and Microservices development
Data structures implementation and optimization
Multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling
Proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing large components for enterprise projects
Databases-MySQL/Oracle. MongoDB etc.
Unit Testing JUnit
Exposure to Linux/Unix dev environments

Responsibilities of the job:

Design, develop/build & Test application code components. Follow Agile practices & coding/testing policies
Participate in Solution Design
Perform unit testing using JUnit, build functional test scripts & automate using Selenium
Debugging/defect resolution
Set-up CI/CD environment & implement/use DevOps tools for automated build, test & release
Provide insights and recommendations from past experience
Feedback incorporation as per Agile principle via Show and Tell
Development will meet over 90% JUnit test coverage at the API level.
