Lead Engineer Java

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

Java (8 and above)

Frontend Technologies (React/Angular/Vue.js)

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Ensure high-quality coding, architecture, and design standards.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices.

Software Development & Architecture:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services.
Implement
Microservices-based solutions
using
Spring Boot & Java
.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Define and maintain API contracts and standards.

Cloud & DevOps:

Deploy and manage applications in
Azure/AWS/GCP
environments.
Implement
CI/CD pipelines
for continuous deployment.
Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and alerting for applications.

Collaboration & Agile Execution:

Work with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams.
Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Work closely with frontend developers for seamless integration.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for continuous improvemen
