Job Title: Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

Location: Gurgaon

Contract Length: 12 Months (extendable)

Experience Required: 2+ years

Shift Timings: Regular IST [10:00AM - 7:00PM](General Shift)

Notice Period: Immediate / Serving notice

Interview Mode: 2 rounds Both virtual

Role & responsibilities:

• The role will be expected to do the following:
• Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Perform assurance program with on-going checks on sales processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and policies.
• Generate and analyze reports on operational performance for management review.
• Evaluate and revise operations and procedures in response to organizational change.
• Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.

All About You:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 year of prior experience in operations roles, with a focus on process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, respond to urgent, unanticipated requests, and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence others
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Flexible to work with global offices across several time zones.
