The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end of our applications. You will work on developing scalable, high-performance applications and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React.js for the front-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic. Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong expertise in Java , including experience with frameworks like Spring Boot , Hibernate , and JPA . Hands-on experience with React.js , including state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), component lifecycle, hooks, etc. Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack , Babel , and npm . Experience with version control systems like Git . Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications. Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , or Oracle . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native application development. Knowledge of security best practices for both front-end and back-end development. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
