Role: Java Developer

Experience: 4.5-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java.
• Lead and oversee assigned projects as a key Java Developer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement web applications.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure technical specifications are met.
• Develop applications integrating with RDBMS and handle asynchronous/synchronous transactions processing.
• Maintain and adhere to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java programming language, Java EE, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE.
• Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/REST), microservices architectures, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and solve business problems efficiently.
• Experience with source code repositories, build tools, and dependency management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Desired Skills:
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMock.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, agile methodologies, and version control tools.
• Understanding of modern API design principles and RESTful services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
