Job Description

Hands-on software development focused on Java, Spring, and databases. Implement, and manage RESTful APIs for front-end and application integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate AI tools and frameworks into backend services. Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Analyze and debug simple issues and identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply improvements. Ensure code compliance with designs and specifications; guide the team accordingly. Prepare and produce software releases; supervise deployment. Support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and presenting for architectural review. Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers. Support piloting of new technology capabilities to enhance user experience in e-commerce products. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Requirements : 3 to 5 years of experience in java back-end development Proven hands-on software development experience with Java and Spring. Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java EE. Extensive experience with Spring Framework like Spring Boot Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design. Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of concurrency and multithreading in Java. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Proven record of leading a software development team. Excellent communication and leadership skills
