As a Java Developer with Azure experience at the company, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying Java applications in an Azure cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver server-side logic and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java applications in an Azure cloud environment - Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Utilize Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database to enhance application functionality - Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in the cloud environment - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions based on stakeholder input - Stay current with the latest Azure services and Java development practices - Write technical documentation and conduct code reviews Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Java development - Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture - Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices - Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills You will have the opportunity to work with one of the Big 4's in India.
