Job Description

As a Java Automation Architect at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and development of cutting-edge enterprise solutions. With 10-14 years of experience in IT and a strong foundation in Java/J2EE architecture, you will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud platforms. Your role will involve leading automation initiatives using RPA or script-based tools such as Python, exploring and integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into automation and development workflows, and driving DevOps practices including CI/CD tooling and infrastructure automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, conduct POCs and pilots on emerging technologies to evaluate feasibility and impact, and present technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Your hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies, along with proven exposure to automation tools and scripting languages, will be essential in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with GenAI applications in enterprise environments and experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines will be valuable assets.
