Java - Associate Manager

Job Description

Knowledge and hands on experience on Java 11 or 17 , Jenkins and Dev ops will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Multithreading . Excellent hand on experience on Java Frameworks - Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate & Microservices. Experience of Java RESTful web services development. Expertise in design patterns and functional programming Experience of PL/SQL. Experience of Unix tools and shell scripting Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR, Git etc. Knowledge of deployment in Web / Application Server WebLogic / WebSphere / Tomcat Ability to evaluate design trade-offs and document choices effectively Provide technical guidance and ensure team is meeting all technical objectives Work with project managers and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member Serve as an expert on applications/functional and provide technical support to the team Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks Report and escalate to stakeholders as and when needed Identify team skill matrix and defined trainings plans Should have excellent articulation skills Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
