Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Define, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Java application architectures. Lead the selection of technology frameworks, platforms, and tools. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor development teams. Define API strategies and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, microservices). Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments. Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Java Architect or Senior Java Developer (10+ years). Expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Deep understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and enterprise integration patterns. Proficient in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle). Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
