Java Architect (Product - Design and Development)

As a Senior Architect at HighRadius in Hyderabad, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the architecture, design, and security of our SaaS products. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software systems. Your role will involve making critical technical decisions, providing leadership to development teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies. Your expertise in Java, Spring, Springboot Framework, Hibernate, and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be essential to drive innovation and continuous improvement. With an experience range of 10 to 22 years, you will have the opportunity to grow from architecture/design to management and leadership roles based on your credentials. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable and high-performance distributed multi-tenant systems, driving technical decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders, defining coding standards and processes, and mitigating technical risks throughout the development lifecycle. Your strong background in developing scalable multi-tenant platform architectures and running large platform infrastructures in production will be highly valuable in this role. Your educational background should include a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.S/M.E/M.Tech degree. You should have a solid understanding of Observability and open standards, debugging techniques, and experience with multi-cloud environments, container deployments, microservices, Kubernetes, and containers. Your familiarity with debugging tools, memory profiling, threading issues, and performance bottlenecks will be crucial in ensuring code quality and maintainability.
