The candidate must have 4 yrs of experience in Java Application production support, APM Tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), Troubleshooting, Scripting, AWS, and ITIL. Added advantage if candidates have experience with Backbase backend support Experience: Candidates should have demonstrated hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and managing high-availability microservices-based applications
Candidate should be comfortable for Work from office (all 5 days) and 24*7 shifts.
