Job Summary:

Java Microservices Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable

  Java-based microservices

  architecture
• Integrate

  AI/ML models or services

  (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems, computer vision) into backend systems
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to productionize models via REST APIs or cloud-based AI platforms
  
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code using best practices in microservices architecture
  
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment
  
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
  
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and agile development processes
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  Java (Spring Boot)

  and

  microservices architecture

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and system integration
  
• Experience with containerization tools like

  Docker

  and orchestration using

  Kubernetes

• Working knowledge or integration experience with

  AI/ML tools or libraries

  (e.g., Python ML models, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Familiarity with data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to

  AI services

  (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, model serving, or inference at scale
  
• Experience working in agile teams with tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.
