With a focus on compliance, efficiency, and strategic growth, we are expanding our international footprint and seeking a skilled Import Export Manager to lead and optimize our cross-border operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end import-export documentation including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and regulatory bodies for smooth logistics and clearance Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, EXIM policy, and international trade regulations Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs across air, sea, and land transport Monitor export incentives, duty drawbacks, EPCG schemes, and other government benefits Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and regulatory filings Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Track international market trends and suggest strategic improvements in sourcing and distribution Resolve operational bottlenecks and proactively manage risks related to documentation, delays, or compliance 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in import-export operations Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and procedures Familiarity with customs clearance, DGFT policies, and export incentives Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics coordination tools Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field preferred 🌍 What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to global markets and strategic trade operations Collaborative work culture with growth opportunities Structured onboarding and compliance training
