Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, and provide tax-saving strategies. Audit and Assurance: Conduct internal and external audits, assess financial risks, and ensure controls are in place to mitigate them. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Monitor performance against budget and report variances. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, statutory laws, and industry-specific legislation. Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounting records. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and risk management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (recognized by ICAI or relevant body) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in financial management, auditing, or consulting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and professionalism Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
