Key Responsibilities Define and execute the technical roadmap for JAQA Fusion. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary R&D team (plasma, cryogenics, AI, superconductors). Establish partnerships with universities, labs, and global consortia . Oversee lab setup, safety protocols , and compliance with Indian & international nuclear regulations. File patents , publish open-access research, and represent JAQA at global forums. Guide the transition from prototypes to pilot plants , creating pathways for scalable deployment.
