As the Partnerships Monetization Operations Lead, your primary focus revolves around enhancing AP growth initiatives through process optimization, strategic tools, and efficient strategies. You act as a bridge between business development, marketing, and operations, ensuring seamless workflows, data-driven decisions, and scalable business strategies. Your responsibilities include market research, managing strategic partnerships, and streamlining operations to drive revenue growth. Your core responsibilities encompass identifying and evaluating monetization opportunities by analyzing market trends, optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, managing key partnerships, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the development of long-term monetization strategies and roadmaps. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships, familiarity with digital advertising landscapes and monetization models, proficiency in data analysis tools, capacity to work independently on multiple projects, expertise in financial modeling and business case development, experience in high-growth tech startups or advertising, and knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR, Singapores PDPA, Japans APPI, and APECs CBPR. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, software development, or a related field, while an MBA is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development is required to thrive in this dynamic and challenging role.,
