Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Japanese language training sessions for healthcare and hospitality professionals.

Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with JLPT N5N3 levels and industry-specific vocabulary.
Develop customized learning materials focused on medical, caregiving, and hospitality terminologies.
Monitor learner progress through assessments, tests, and feedback.
Incorporate cultural orientation and workplace etiquette relevant to Japanese professional environments.
Support students in preparation for JLPT exams and interviews.
Maintain training records and provide periodic progress reports.

Requirements:

JLPT N3 certification or higher
(mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Japanese Language, Education, or related field).
Prior experience in
teaching Japanese
—preferably to healthcare or hospitality professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create interactive and practical learning experiences.
