Commis 1 is responsible for independently handling a kitchen station, preparing and cooking dishes as per set standards, and ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. The role includes maintaining food hygiene and safety, managing mise-en-place, assisting senior chefs during service, guiding junior staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while following company and FSSAI standards.
