Requirements

Knowledge And Skills

• Fluent Japanese speaker with N2/N1 certification
• Strong problem solving ability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development;
• The ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You have intelligent risk taking tendencies you are not afraid to fail, but fail fast, and learn from the mistakes making everyone around you better for it;
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

Education

• Education to degree level or equivalent
• ISEB Foundation certificate (desirable)
  

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years or more working in a software testing role
