We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Manager to lead our production operations. Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the kitchen, packaging, and dispatch departments. This role involves managing a team of 15–20 staff members, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and preparing regular reports on staff performance and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise kitchen, packaging, and dispatch staff (15–20 people). Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines (FSSAI standards preferred). Assign daily tasks and ensure staff productivity. Track inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Prepare performance reports of staff and production output. Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency. Coordinate with management to achieve production targets. Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in production supervision/management (preferably in food industry). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus. Ability to prepare and analyze performance reports. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Work Environment & Details: Full-time, on-site role in a food manufacturing setup. Ability to handle shift-based or extended hours if required during peak demand.
