We specialize in sourcing top-tier Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT professionals in Finance, Analytics, and Tech domains. Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and account growth in the staffing and recruiting sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the recruitment or HR services industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with potential clients including startups, SMEs, and enterprises Pitch staffing and recruitment solutions to decision-makers such as HR Heads and Hiring Managers Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals Manage and grow existing client accounts Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to fulfill client requirements Report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and market insights Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment or staffing Strong network in the Ahmedabad business and tech ecosystem Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients and projects Potential to grow into a leadership role Flexible and collaborative work environment
