Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Air and Train Cargo (Domestic & International). Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Achieve weekly sales targets and submit daily progress reports to management. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry contacts . Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments . Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth handling and timely delivery of cargo. Requirements: Proven track record in business development and sales within the cargo/logistics industry (Air & Train Cargo experience preferred). Established network in the logistics and cargo domain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion. Candidates with prior experience in companies like Blue Dart, Sampark Logistics, OM Logistics, VRL Logistics, Safexpress , etc., will be preferred.
