There are several construction defects such as leakage of rain through floor to floor joints, windows, top roof.Roads becoming canals during rains, outside drainage water coming inside through compound walls of this gated community, club house work stopped etc.etc.

I never go into this place. But it look good from outside and 24 hours security is available at this place I found the security guess every time when ever I pass from this place.
