Account Assistant Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets. Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Assist with Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Office Administrator Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments. Record Management: Maintain organized filing systems and manage office records. Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as managing supplies, and ensuring the office is clean and organized. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
