Role & responsibilities : 1. Define and execute long-term IR strategy aligned with business transformation goals. 2. Maintain harmonious industrial relations across all sites. 3. Lead negotiations and long-term settlements (LTS). 4. Maintain relationships with trade unions and Joint Consultations. 5. Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and regulatory frameworks. 6. Oversee contract labour governance, vendor compliance, and ethical workforce practices. 7. Institutionalize grievance redressal mechanisms and conflict resolution frameworks. 8. Support site leadership in workforce planning and engagement. 9. Conduct IR audits and risk assessments. 10. Liaise with government and statutory bodies. 11. Represent the company in external forums, industry bodies, and government panels. 12. Drive initiatives for employee welfare and engagement. 13. Build IR capability across the organization through training and leadership development. 14. Drive digital transformation in IR processes and analytics. Preferred candidate profile 815 years of relevant experience in IR (preferably having multi-site operations experience), Contractor Labor Management, handling Unions, and Long-Term settlements (LTS) and policy advocacy
Role & responsibilities 1) Joint Consultation & Grievance Handling Coordinate meetings of works, canteen, safety and grievance committee. Draft agendas, minutes and track action items. Support grievance redressal in line with company standing orders. 2) Stakeholder Management: Build effective relations with union reps, contract agencies, internal customers and external authorities. Ensure timely resolution field-level issues. 3) Knowledge of Disciplinary Actions Support and assist in disciplinary actions i.e. Draft notices, domestic enquiries and misconduct handling. 4) Labour Law Compliance: Understanding and support documentation and compliance under key laws such as: Factories Act, 1948 Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 Shops & Establishment Act, 1948 Contract Labour Act, 1970 Standing Orders Act, 1946 New Labor Codes 5) Field Visits: Regularly visit shop floors and contractor areas to monitor IR climate and gather feedback. 6) MIS & Reports: Prepare IR dashboards, absenteeism, OT reports, and compliance trackers. Maintain registers required under CLRA and other applicable acts. 7) Any other jobs as directed by higher management. Preferred candidate profile Full Time Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with specialization in HRM / Personnel / IR from recognized institutions/universities.
