As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every JAM player has an outstanding experience - from their first question to their last game. You'll be on the front lines of player communication, responding to phone calls and email inquiries through Groove, while delivering support that is friendly, informative, and action-oriented. It is essential that you must be based in Winnipeg to support local customer experience tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to players via phone, email (through Groove), live chat, and in-person interactions. - Respond to player inquiries quickly and helpfully, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at every touchpoint. - Build positive relationships with players and foster a sense of community and connection. - Support league sales by promoting programs to individuals and team captains. - Assist with league execution, including event prep, equipment, and staff coordination. - Address any gameplay concerns such as injuries or sportsmanship issues calmly and confidently. - Occasionally attend evening leagues to ensure players are having a fun, safe, and memorable time. As a Data Analyst at JAM, your primary role will be to expand and deepen our business intelligence tools. You will work with financial and operational data to build, troubleshoot, and maintain dashboards. Your responsibilities will include understanding and refining existing data pipelines, identifying trends, key variances, and performance against metrics, and delivering reports and insights to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, statistics, or equivalent accreditation in data or financial analytics. - 1-3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or data visualization role. - Proficiency in data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI/DAX, etc). - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong grasp of Python and SQL. - Experience with statistics, machine learning, and AI tools for business intelligence applications is considered an asset. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is considered an asset. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Persistent, detail-oriented, and highly committed to problem-solving. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. In addition to your primary responsibilities, this full-time position at JAM requires 37.5 hours per week, primarily working 9 am - 5 pm EDT, Monday - Friday, with occasional travel to Toronto/GTA. The compensation for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits such as Friday afternoon Go Play Days during the summer months and complimentary league play.
