POSITION: HR Manager DIVISION: FMCG / Beverages EXPERIENCE-Min 7 years CTC-Upto 12 lpa LOCATION: Thane Mumbai Immediate Joiner preferred Candidates from Beverages Only COMPANY PROFILE: Cloud9 Beverages (C9) is an established energy drink brand that has gained popularity in India and is widely available with distribution in over 30,000 stores and 55,000 wine shops. In a short period, Cloud9 has become the second largest player in the Indian energy drink Industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - 1. Attendance, Payroll, and Leave Management • Manage end-to-end attendance and payroll processes, including integration, verification, and preparation . • Maintain leave balances, late marks, compensatory offs, extra working days, TA/DA, and overtime details. • Conduct regular payroll audits and ensure accurate and timely disbursement. 2. Compliance and Statutory Management • Prepare and file compliance reports and generate statutory challans (PF, ESIC, MLWF, PT, etc.). • Ensure adherence to all statutory laws and HR-related regulations. 3. Exit Formalities and F&F Settlement • Process full and final settlements of exit employees. • Conduct exit formalities and interviews. • Handle PF withdrawal/transfer approvals and closure documentation. 4. Performance Management and Appraisal Cycle • Manage the complete appraisal process, including review formats, performance analysis, evaluation meetings, and discussions with HODs and management • Track PMS, KPIs, and KRAs, and conduct quarterly and annual reviews. 5. HRM Thread Software Management • Handle all HRM Thread modules, updates, and modifications. • Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for employees for software-related concerns. 6. HR Analysis and Reporting • Prepare analytical reports, including department cost, salary structure, employee cost, and comparative analyses . • Provide salary and manpower cost insights to management for budgeting and planning. 7. Policy Development and Implementation • Develop and implement HR policies such as POSH, EOP, disciplinary, and welfare-related guidelines. • Ensure all HR policies are effectively communicated and followed. 8. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding • Handle recruitment for mid- and senior-level management positions. Conduct final interviews and manage salary negotiations . Set up salary benchmarks and maintain competitiveness in hiring Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. 9. Employee Engagement and Retention Plan and execute engagement activities such as get-togethers, annual events, and welfare programs. Monitor employee satisfaction and work on retention strategies. 10. Strategic HR and Operations Support Define and implement HR operations strategy and structure for HO and all plant locations. Oversee day-to-day HR operations to support organizational growth and efficiency. • Coordinate plant operations focusing on labor law compliance, safety, and employee well-being. 11. Training and Development Design and conduct training modules for new hires. Identify skill gaps and plan employee development programs. 12. Employee Grievance and Support Ensure timely response and resolution of employee grievances. • Promote a healthy and positive work environment across locations. 13. Data and Documentation • Maintain accurate employee records in both soft and hard copy formats. Regularly update recruitment and employee data in coordination with HR executives. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Industry experience preferred - familiar with beverage and FMCG. • MBA Strong expertise in all aspects of HR. Comfortable working in a dynamic challenging environment and contributing to process improvement and excellence. Providing leadership and contributing to best practices for the successful day-to-day operations. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Solid work ethic, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
