The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design visions to life while ensuring functionality, style, and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to determine project goals, needs, and budget. Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with client expectations. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and material boards. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials appropriate to the project. Prepare and present design proposals and revisions. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity and timely execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Qualifications:minimum diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior design (depending on level). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3Ds Max. Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material specifications. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards is a plus. Preferred Skills:Experience with both residential and commercial interiors. Ability to source and negotiate with vendors and contractors. Portfolio showcasing diverse and completed design projects. Passion for innovation, sustainability, and user-centered design.
