To monitor day to day activities of all vendors, including Security, Horticulture, Housekeeping and the employee looking after Electrical & Water Supply. 2. To ensure proper documentation of all purchase and sales vouchers, transfer, mutation of plots, etc. 3. To ensure all emails are referred to MC and replied with their consent ASAP. 4. To take disciplinary and penal action against any violation by the employees of any vendor. 5. To make minimum two rounds of the society during lean hours to observe and report any unusual developments. 6. To prepare reports, MOM, monthly financial statements, and handovers to the MC for their perusal as per timeline decided by the GBM & Byelaws. 7. To take stock of all inventories, prepare a list of durable & non-durable inventories, ensure they are well maintained and not misused by the children or any unauthorised visitors. 8. To ensure proper handling/taking over charge whenever needed for long absence of any office employee, including manager himself. 9. To maintain records of attendance of all staff including the employees of vendors through their supervisors. 10. To ensure that all financial transactions are made with the consent of MC and through online mode only. 11. To check JGVS website/on resident's app basis and record all incidents reported by plot owners to analyze the trend and type of recurring problems. 12. To ensure that all employees work in a cohesive and conducive environment. 13. To ensure that entire premises are properly cleaned after any party or function conducted by any plot owner at the earliest. 14. To make sure that all equipment, especially games and sports equipment, gym equipment, pool table & TT table etc., are well maintained and not misused. 15. To ensure that do's and don'ts are prepared for each facility like swimming pool, card room, indoor games room, gym, lawn tennis court, badminton court etc. 16. To make sure that all toilets in clubhouse are properly maintained and kept neat and clean at all times. 17. To make sure that all financial data are properly entered in Tally software by the accountant and necessary financial statements are generated by him as per timeline given and the same is put up for the perusal by MC before putting it up on website for perusal by all plot owners. Job / Skills Requirement 1. Written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. 2. Leadership skill & experience (if any). 3. Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), email communication (containing 4 C’s: Crisp, Clear, Concise, Correct). 4. Basic understanding of office equipment and their operations. 5. Interpersonal relationship and conflict management skill. 6. Positive attitude towards development and maintenance of the society; behavior aspects include dealing with subordinates respectfully and dealing with plot owners with a problem-solving approach. 7. Basic understanding of documentation, accounting/bookkeeping, AMC and other contract agreements. 8. Basic knowledge of RERA and other rules and regulations pertaining to RWA, builder and other legal consequences.
