Profile : Receptionist cum Telecaller Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and Students and Parents in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal staff Manage daily front office operations and ensure cleanliness and organization. Make outbound calls to potential customers, students and Parents and follow up on inquiries Answer incoming calls from prospects and address their questions professionally Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales or operations team Visit Counseling center Marketing Manager/ Head .
