On a daily basis, you will be responsible for conducting internal quality analysis within the lab. As the Technical Officer- Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for: - Maintenance of the quality system at all times. - Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken on non-conformances. - Attending to customer complaints in the absence of CEO/TM. - Keeping track of and maintaining the minutes of management review meetings. - Acting as a Consultant (Pathologist, microbiologist & Biochemist) as defined later on. - Assuming the responsibilities of the Quality Manager in their absence. Desirable Qualifications: - For Jr. Consultant Microbiologist: MSc Medical Microbiology with 5 years post PG experience in a Medical Laboratory or PhD. - For Jr. Biochemistry: MSc Medical Biochemistry with 5 years post PG experience in a Medical Laboratory or PhD. - For Jr. Biotechnology: MSc Medical Biochemistry with 5 years post PG experience in a Medical Laboratory or PhD.,
