We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Team Leader – Two-Wheeler Loans to lead and manage a team responsible for driving loan disbursements, ensuring timely collections, and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail loan sales, especially two-wheeler loans, along with leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and build processes for efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentLead a team of Sales Officers and Executives to achieve disbursement targets for two-wheeler loans. Develop and manage channel partners such as dealers, DSA, and connectors. Identify and onboard new dealerships for sourcing quality business. Monitor and ensure healthy lead conversion ratios and productivity metrics. Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) adherence from sourcing to disbursement. Collections Management Monitor and drive early bucket collections and ensure follow-up on overdue accounts. Work with collection teams to reduce bounce rates and delinquencies. Develop recovery strategies and implement customer follow-up SOPs. Coordinate with repossession and legal teams (if applicable) for default management. Process Improvement & ComplianceEvaluate and streamline loan origination and approval processes. Identify gaps and implement SOPs for sales, documentation, disbursement, and collections. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, RBI norms, and KYC/AML guidelines. Coordinate with credit and operations teams to resolve process bottlenecks. Team Management Train, coach, and mentor team members for better performance and goal alignment. Set individual and team KPIs, review progress regularly, and ensure accountability. Organize regular product training and process workshops.
