Responsibilities The candidate is Required to Handle customer Queries through Phone Calls, Whatsapp Chat, Email, and Social media. Coordinate with Operation, Logistics, and Finance Teams to Provide customer Order Invoices, Track their order Status, Process their returns, issue refunds, etc. Escalation of Courier Delivery issues with aggregators like Shiprocket, Pickrr, and Nimbuspost. Recognize potential buyers from Abandon Cart and convert them to buyers. (No Target, Its just a Complimentary task) Qualifications Excellent in English and Hindi Speaking.
