Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Mathematics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and inspire students to excel both in HSC Board Examinations (11th & 12th) as well as competitive examinations such as NDA and CDS. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics for 11th & 12th HSC syllabus and UPSC-based NDA/CDS exam syllabus. Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests tailored to both board and competitive exams. Use innovative teaching methods to make concepts simple and engaging. Monitor student progress, identify weak areas, and provide remedial guidance. Collaborate with faculty to maintain academic and competitive exam standards. Mentor and motivate students to excel in academics and defense exam preparation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field. Prior teaching/coaching experience in HSC + NDA/CDS/competitive exams preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.
