Department: Merchandising Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, from product development to final shipment, while ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Order Management: Handle the complete order process — from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely production and dispatch. Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to plan schedules, considering raw material availability, production capacity, and timelines. Costing & Pricing: Prepare accurate costing (materials, CMT, etc.) and propose competitive pricing strategies to maintain healthy margins. Quality Control: Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Timely Delivery: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all orders are delivered as per committed timelines. Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, managing updates, approvals, and customer service. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage surplus socks and raw materials for optimal usage in future orders. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Sales & Revenue: Support business growth by analyzing sales data, identifying improvement areas, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and successful product launches. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Order Conversion Rate: On-Time Delivery Rate Profit Margin & Cost Variance Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Complaint Rate Sales Growth & Order Value per Customer Timeliness and Accuracy of Reporting Business Development Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/SAP is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
