· Possess good techno-commercial understanding to enable monitoring timely completion of production. · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. · Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service coordination & Follow up for delivery to internal team & Customers. · Create and issue accurate invoices to clients based on agreed-upon terms and pricing. · Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collection of payments. · Any other responsibility given by management or head.
