Executive Housekeeper Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, and laundry Manage housekeeping staff schedules, training, and performance Ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards Coordinate with front office and maintenance for room readiness Maintain housekeeping inventory and budget control 2. Chief Engineer Key Responsibilities: Lead all maintenance and engineering operations (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing) Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures Handle emergency repairs and safety compliance Supervise technical staff and vendor coordination 3. IT Executive Key Responsibilities: Maintain hotel’s IT infrastructure: servers, networks, and systems Troubleshoot software and hardware issues Manage PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and biometric systems Ensure data security and backup protocols Coordinate with vendors for AMC and tech support 4.
