Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Technical presentations : Prepare and deliver presentations that explain how products work Product demonstrations : Demonstrate how products can meet customer needs Customer requirements : Understand customer needs and requirements Sales support : Collaborate with sales teams to provide sales support Problem solving : Diagnose issues and come up with solutions Post-sales support : Help clients integrate and optimize the use of products Client relationships : Establish and maintain relationships with customers Negotiation : Negotiate contract terms and close sales Sales Closing Skills : ability to convince a prospect to accept an offer. They involve using a combination of communication, negotiation, and persuasion. Technical assistance : Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education Preferred candidate profile Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Experience using CRM software, Strong understanding of the product or service being sold, Customer service orientation, and Problem-solving abilities. MINIMUM QUALITFICATION: A BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, combined with an MBA in Sales, is a valuable advantage.
