To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design or a related field from a reputable institution, along with proven experience as a Jewellery Manual Designer in jadau and polki, supported by a strong portfolio. Specialization or prior experience in designing Jadau Jewellery is highly preferred. Proficiency in manual jewellery design techniques such as sketching, rendering, and model making, as well as a strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and jewellery production processes, will be essential. Your excellent artistic and creative skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, will set you up for success.
