V enue: Milagro Location: Mumbai, Worli Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a Bar Manager at Milagro, you will oversee the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, crafting innovative beverage menus, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety. Milagro is set to launch in the vibrant zone of Worli, Mumbai in the upcoming months, assembling a top-tier team to deliver a premium customer experience. Operational Management: Supervise daily operations of the bar area, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand. Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions. 2. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks. Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to optimize efficiency. Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance team skills and guest satisfaction. 3. Customer Service: Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle any issues or complaints. Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers and oversee special events . 4. Beverage Program Development: Create and update beverage menus, incorporating seasonal and innovative offerings. Source and select quality spirits, wines, and ingredients for cocktails and beverages. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. 5. Financial Management: Monitor bar revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets and profitability. Implement cost-control measures and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. 6. Training and Compliance: Conduct training sessions on drink preparation techniques, service standards, and product knowledge. Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines and legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of beverage trends, mixology, and drink recipes. Ability to manage inventory, budgets and financial transactions. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. Certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus.
