Communication: Maintain communication with offshore project managers and onshore support, providing updates on operations, logistics, and safety. Skills and Qualifications: Valid Captain's license according to IMO standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in offshore operations and heavy lifts. Understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
